Overview
The Adobe 99U Conference is an annual event that inspires creatives to supercharge their work, build incredible careers, and make their ideas happen. 99U offers talks about real-world insights that transcend creative sectors, hands-on workshops and expert-hosted master classes. Their target audience is juniors or art university students, ages 25–35, who are seeking to hear stories and get motivated by professionals.
Solution
The 99U rebrand uses a monochromatic color palette with a pop of yellow, a versatile, high contrast, and timeless combination that exudes creativity. Typeface Coign was selected for its condensed forms, which combine the systematic approach and the eccentricities of 19th and 20th-century wood. Sans-serif Arboria adds a clean and refined art deco look, and offers a friendly, outgoing alternative to the more reserved designs of the genre.
